Just came across this and thought it was very helpful. Really helpful for people that travel across the country with horses and need a place to rest up for a few hours or a few days. You can click on the map and see more details on each place.
It shows free as well as locations and what the fees are for all. I looked at a few in Arizona and I like hat they showed the BLM land.
